The calendars

Built in

Calendar	When	What’s special
Daily Rewards	All year	28 doors, one for each day you play, then a new round starts. Milestones on 7, 14, 21 and 28, and streak bonuses.
Valentine’s Calendar	1 to 14 February	Floating hearts, and Cupid’s Bow on the 14th.
Easter Egg Hunt	The 13 days before Easter Sunday, to Easter Monday	It works out Easter every year. Every door is a surprise; a very rare egg on Easter Sunday.
Summer Calendar	July and August	62 doors over two pages, fireflies, a milestone every week.
Spooky Calendar	October	Embers, trick-or-treat mystery gifts, and a pumpkin crown on the 31st.
Advent Calendar	1 to 25 December	Snow, a surprise behind every door, and a festive jumper on Christmas Day.

The seasonal calendars appear a few days before they start (“Opens in 3 days”), and switch between tabs at the top of the calendar. A dot on a tab means a door is waiting there. Servers can change any of them, switch them off, or add their own.

Doors you missed

On Daily Rewards, missing a day loses that day’s door, but you keep everything you’ve opened and carry on from where you’d have been. One missed day in a row is forgiven, so your streak carries on too.

On the seasonal calendars, each door belongs to its date. Miss one and you can still open it the next day; after that it stays shut.

Milestones

Gold doors with a star are milestones: they have bigger rewards, a bigger reveal, a firework over you, and the whole server sees “You opened day 7 of Daily Rewards!”.

Streaks and streak bonuses

Your streak is how many days in a row you’ve opened a door on that calendar. It’s at the bottom of the calendar, with a bar filling towards the next streak bonus; hover it to see what the bonus is. On Daily Rewards:

Days in a row	Bonus
30	3 diamonds and 5 levels
60	2 netherite scraps and 16 emeralds
100	A netherite ingot and an enchanted golden apple (once only)
365	Wings of Dedication: an enchanted elytra (once only)

Your streak carries on when Daily Rewards starts a new round, so the 28-door calendar can still reward 100 days in a row.

Your settings

Press the gear in the calendar’s top right corner (or, on NeoForge, Mods > Daily Calendar > Config):

Setting	What it does
Reminder	How the “a door is waiting” reminder shows: toast, chat, both or off
Sounds	The calendar’s sounds
Reduced motion	No knocking doors, drifting particles or confetti; doors still open, just more calmly
Inventory button	The clock button in your inventory
